Creative Objective & Current Focus

Creative Precast Technics Sdn Bhd (Creative) was incorporated in 11th April 2007. The main objective of the company is to provide specialized precasting services primarily in the field of specialized precast concrete construction method and precast concrete production and installation.

The company and it's personnel are actively in contact with many of the precast concrete authorities, industry players, designers, contractors and subcontractors in updating information on the development of precast projects and products/systems development. Creative is also in collaboration with 2 other precast players i.e. Space Flair Sdn Bhd and Creative Precast Products Sdn Bhd. Creative and its collaborative partners has far-reaching wealth of experience and knowledge and is keen to tackle any type of major challenging precast project.

Industrialized Building System(IBS)
Segmental Box Girder (SBG)
Tunnel Lining Segment

Creative Strength

Creative major strength and interest is in its capabilities in design and built IBS structure and any other special structures. Creative is also capable and keen in setting up project site manufacturing facilities and manufacturing of precast SBG , tunnel lining segment and special structures.

 

On-site/Off-site Manufacturing Capabilities

The other major advantage Creative can offer, is its ability to produce the precast products either based on on-site or off-site basis; decision in which option to pursue shall be jointly decided between the Clients and Creative for the benefits of the project.
