The production of precast segmental box girder (SBG) require knowledge of match casting technologies, high performance concrete, alignment control, heavy lifting and heavy product manoeuvring, smart scheduling and stringent QA/QC control. The production facility needs to be adjusted or special purposed manufacturing facility need to be built to suite for each segmental box girder project requirement. Creative's team member has the experience in planning and setting up large precasting facility to manufacture up to 8000 nos of SBG.
